The pupils have enjoyed another varied and exciting programme of Pilates, yoga, circuits and strength training.

With specialised staff leading these sessions, pupils have been able to build on previous knowledge and show more independence in terms of their own programmes and development. With Miss Emily Hartley’s Pilates course now fully embedded, we have been able to offer this wonderful opportunity to more girls and boys across College. The Saturday programme continues to grow from strength to strength, with new classes being trialled and enjoyed. These sessions have included strength training, Zumba and mindfulness sessions.
